My family and I ordered from this food truck (address is correct, but side of their truck has logo for Sandwich so it was a bit confusing to find, but the chalkboard says Sofrito).  I ordered pork mojo sandwich and husband and kids ordered cuban sandwiches and sides of tostones and plantain chips. They were all delicious.  The pork mojo sandwich came with side of mojo sauce for dipping and was just the delicious cuban bread and mouth watering pork – nothing else on bread.  I had a bite of the Cuban – I am not a pickle fan, but it was good and my husband and kids loved theirs.  One sandwich would have been enough for 2 people, but now we have leftovers so no complaints.

The tostones were hot and perfectly fried (doubly) and salted and had a delicious dipping sauce.  The plantain chips were what I know of as chifles – round cut thin but not too thin and fried – not the thin long tajadas. They were good as well.

Took about 10 minutes to prepare – we waited in our car (COVID, and hot out) until she waved us over to pick up.

Definitely recommend.
